We are seeking an experienced and energetic shift lead, assistant manager, and a Manager to lead our team. As the shift lead, assistant manager, or a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality food standards, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, cashiers, and sandwich artists to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Set performance goals, provide training, and conduct regular performance evaluations for the team members.
- ensure efficient restaurant operations, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and optimizing schedules to meet customer demand.
- Uphold Lu’s Sandwiches’ high-quality standards by monitoring food preparation, presentation, and overall kitchen cleanliness.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and community outreach programs.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in the fast casual or quick-service industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and resolve conflicts.
- Proven track record in achieving financial targets, controlling costs, and managing budgets.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
