FULL TIME OR PART TIME
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated team members to join us at our fast casual sandwich shop! As a team member, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and positive environment for our guests while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sandwiches, salads, and sides according to our recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service and knowledgeable recommendations to guests
- Uphold our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation for a safe and healthy dining experience
- Operate equipment such as ovens, grills, and slicers in a safe and effective manner
- Manage and maintain inventory levels of food and supplies to ensure availability to guests
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment with fellow team members
Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions for food preparation
